I had to get up relatively early this morning, except I couldn’t find my phone and my ipod ran out of batteries so I had nothing to use as an alarm clock. I woke up around 7:30 ish all by myself anyways, and I still had an hour left to sleep until I needed to be up so I told my brother, “Hey can you wake me up when it’s 8:30?” and he said, “No, just wait until you hear me leaving for school and then you’ll know it’s time for you to get up!” so I was like, “Okay, whatever, sure,” and then I went back to sleep and the next thing I know my dad is yelling for me to get up because it’s 8:40!

and it turns out that I dreamed up that entire conversation between my brother and I? Including the part where I wake up and become coherent enough to have a conversation, I guess. Nice going, brain.

the point of me getting up early was to go to the BMV to get my tags renewed, except it turned out that I needed to buy entirely new license plates because I bought the car used not from a dealer and the previous owner didn’t do something right? so anyways, I said something to the girl at the counter like, “Dang, and the plates were so easy to remember!” to which she replied, “Oh don’t worry, these ones will be even easier to remember!” at which point she brings out my new plates and the first three letters are FML! F. M. L! I started giggling, of course, and she giggled with me and said, “I know, right?”

I had to spend about $60, but I guess it wasn’t a bad morning entirely. Hehehe.
